Wilenski square being one of the bigger and busier squares in Warsaw does not offer much space for relaxation or rest. With its function as one of central public transportation hubs it might not seem as the most attractive place to spend time in. However, it is also a characteristic meeting point, surrounded by plenty of residential buildings and some office and retail infrastructure. Local inhabitants, employees as well as by passers will certainly profit from an opportunity to rest. Round table project is aimed at them. Apart of obvious practical advantages, the table objective is to bring people together by simulating interaction through visual bound created between sitting people. Chairs or benches are replaced with various equipment which form does not indicate one specific way of use. One object can be a chair, slider, support, deckchair. In this way round table becomes an attractive space also for the youngest integrating all generations. Sitting people become spontaneous guardians to playing kids.
