The project aims for “historically conscious” apartment building in Łódź in Poland is to blend advantages of past and present: identity, craftsmanship and generous enfilade layout combined with large openings, efficient and flexible plan, large balconies and well isolated shell. Use of Porotherm and prefabricate concrete facade cladding together with clay-based plaster extend the concept in material dimension.
